Loan Application Checklist

In general the documentation you will need includes:

Property Information (if you already have a contract on a house)

             q       Purchase Agreement

Income & Assets

    For the past two years:

             q       Names and addresses of current employer

             q       Current statements for each mutual fund and/or investment account.

     If self-employed:

q       Tax returns for the last two years (with schedules)

        If you are retired:

              q       Pension Award Letter

        If you receive Social Security

      q       Social Security Award Letter

        If you are counting child support as income:

      q       Copy of divorce settlement

Debts

      q       Names, account numbers, balances and monthly payments for all current loans

      q       Photo ID and proof of Social Security Number

If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your green card
